Her father, Franklin Thomas Fox, is a parole officer, and her mother, Gloria Darlene, is a property manager. She spent her initial years in Rockwood with her family. Her parents divorced in 1989, when she was just three years old. After the separation, she and her sister were raised by her mother. Later, her mother remarried to a guy named Tony Tonachio in 1996, and they moved to St. Petersburg, Florida, from Tennessee.
